Our Daylily Garden Tour took place on Saturday, July 6.  The tour began at Joyce and Steve Parson's house in Conroy. From there, it was a 20-minute drive to North English where we visited Suzanne and Robert Moffit's garden. We then had an excellent lunch in downtown North English at the Community Center - pulled pork sandwiches, baked beans, pasta salad, fresh fruit, chips, and a dessert plus iced tea and lemonade. The day concluded with a visit to Sherry and Lynn Moffit's garden on the Keokuk-Iowa Road. All in all, a wonderful day to remember, great friends, marvelous lilies, and good weather (not too hot!).
